3. What if I don't know the ring size?

We have various options which can be used to measure ring size. You can click on the tab called “measure ring size” on the product page displaying ring. You can make use of the options displayed in the document under the section called “Measure ring size”. We also have a complimentary ring sizer that we'd be happy to send across to you. You can measure your ring size using various options whichever is suitable to you. We'd love to help you get your ring size right the first time! 4. What do I need to do if the ring size I ordered is wrong? Can I get it resized?

In case your ring does not fit properly, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in new size as required. This will be done with free to and fro shipping. If required ring size is bigger than you require, we will only charge you the additional price of the new ring. If required ring size is small then we will be happy to refund you the additional amount paid by you while placing the initial order. This is applicable on resizing requests received within 15 days of shipping date.

5. Do pendants come with the chain?

We do have a selection of chains to offer you separately. After selecting the pendant you like, there is an option to browse for chains. Please note, that the price mentioned near the pendant is for the pendant only. You would need to buy the chain separately.

6. Does Aabhushanam sell Conflict Free diamonds?

Rest assured, Aabhushanam uses only conflict-free diamonds which are obtained from legitimate diamond sources that have been certified through the worldwide recognized Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS).

7. What will my packing be like?

Your jewellery will arrive in exclusive Aabhushanam boxes, packed in corrugated and tamper proof packaging.

8. Are your prices lower than a local jewellery store?

Yes, prices at Aabhushanam are lower than local and other online jewelers. Our products are offered with no overheads like rent, inventory costs and unnecessary expenses, so we happily pass on the benefit to our customers.



Delivery

2. What is the estimated delivery time?

All products that you see on our website are ready in stock and will be shipped to you within 24 – 48 hours of placing the order. Date of delivery depends on the location of shipment to be delivered (i.e the pin code). Usually your product is delivered within 7 to 8 working days anywhere in India, except for few rural locations. Customized orders may take upto two to three weeks to be delivered. This includes the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address. Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays

3. How will the delivery be done?

We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers like Bluedart and Sequel Logistics. Please check if we deliver to your pin code. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

4. How safe is the delivery process?

Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services like Bluedart and Sequel Logistics for orders. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

5. What is the option if no one is available at home when the courier person comes?

Most courier companies will call you before coming over to deliver the item. Some important points to ensure that your COD transaction goes smoothly.

+ Please ensure that the mobile number you provide for the Cash on Delivery payment is always available and answered.

+ It is important that your address and landmark are very clear. This will help us locate you easily and complete the process faster.

+ Please be available at the designated address with the complete cash as payment for the item purchased.

 

6. Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?

Yes you can change the shipping address until your order is shipped. Once your order is already shipped, shipping address cannot be changed. Please contact our Customer support at 91 – 99011 91464 for assistance.

No. We do not deliver outside India at this point of time.

No. COD payments have to be made in cash only.

12. Is COD option available for all jewellery?

The COD option is only available for jewellery up to Rs.20,000.



Returns and Exchanges

1. How do I return the product to Aabhushanam within 15 days?

To initiate process of return, please contact our customer support at 91 – 99011 91464. As soon as we receive your request, we will send you Aabhushanam’s tamper proof package. This will come pre-printed with our return address and unique serial number. It will also mention your Name and Address on the outside. Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials, invoice and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by us. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed. Once your package is ready, just contact our customer support and we will send a courier to pick it up from you. In some locations, it may happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. In such a case, we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your tamper proof package of Aabhushanam jewellery. You will not be charged anything for this return shipping. Once your returned item is received by us, we will refund your money or new item will be processed as per specific situation.

2. What is your Money Back Policy?

For order within India, we offer 15-day Money Back Policy, it gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a full refund or exchange, within 15 days of the shipping date. Yes, it's that simple. We can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the certification and original invoice. Money Back Policy is not available for customized jewellery orders.

No, we'll return the money you paid in full.

4. Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?

We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 15-day money back policy. This is applicable for orders within India only.

5. What is your Exchange Policy?

We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy on all purchases made from Aabhushanam, within India. If the product, along with diamonds and gemstones, is intact, you may return it. Please check our detailed policy on exchange or Upgrade (link to the policy page). Your product's current value of gold, diamonds and colored stones will be determined based on product specifications and the current market price listed. If you have received a discount or a free gift while making your purchase, we will be deducting the original discount amount or free gift value, whichever is applicable. A 10% of value of gold will be deducted towards melting and recovery cost for jewellery made in 22kt gold. Similarly, 25% of value of gold will be deducted towards melting and recovery cost for jewellery made in 18kt gold. This will be done on a per product basis, in case you are returning multiple products. You will be given a voucher/credit note for this value, which remains valid for 12 months and can be used to purchase anything from Aabhushanam. Please note that this voucher cannot be encashed. Currently we offer the Lifetime Exchange Policy on orders within India only.

Making an online purchase

1. How should I place an order online on website?

Please follow these simple steps: + Browse through various product category and collections. + Select your piece of Jewellery and click on “Buy Now” button. + Click on 'Go to Cart' if you have finalized your order, else 'Continue Shopping' + Check your cart for product price and quantity, else make required changes. 1. What are the payment options available?

We offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking and Cash on Delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Aabhushanam and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the product image is the final price. What you see is what you pay!

3. Are prices on Aabhushanam subject to change?

Prices on Aabhushanam are subject to change without notice. Price of jewellery is dependent on the price of gold, diamond and gemstone used to make it.

4. How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept VISA and Master Card (Indian cards only). You will need to key in your 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card), additional verification code (if need be) and complete the payment flow. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Aabhushanam and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information against any fraudulent use.

5. How long will it take to get refunds, if any?

In case of refund process, refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank account after we receive your jewellery. Please mail or call our customer support team with your bank account and IFSC code which can be found printed on your cheque book.



After Purchase Questions

1. What if the product that I purchased goes down in price in future?

All sales prices are final and Aabhushanam does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.

2. What happens if the ring I bought doesn't fit?

We offer complimentary ring resizing within 15 days from shipping date. If the design doesn't permit resizing, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size. Beyond 15 days from date of shipping, if the design permits, we can resize the ring for a small charge. This is applicable for orders within India only.

3. What if there is a problem with my purchase?

If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we'll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we'll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box! If you are still not satisfied with product, you can return the product to us within 15 days, we have a 15-day No questions asked Money Back Policy. This is applicable for orders within India only.

4. Can I take a ring to my local jeweler to have it resized?

Yes you can, but we don't recommend it. We can't accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else. Having someone else work on a piece also voids the 15-days money back and lifetime exchange policy, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.

5. Do you offer repair of jewellery after purchase?

Yes, we offer repair of jewellery after purchase. Charges for the repair will be minimal and we offer the best service, as we know our piece of jewellery much better than anyone else.

6. How safe is my product during transit in courier?

All product will be fully insured by Aabhushanam until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.
